1. Service Overview

Stop and Shine Mobile Detail ("we," "our," or "us") provides an AI-powered booking assistant for mobile car detailing businesses. Our service allows customers to request quotes, schedule appointments, and receive updates via our web-based chat widget and SMS messaging.

2. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and submitting a booking request through our widget, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Stop and Shine Mobile Detail related to your booking. These messages may include:

• Booking request confirmations
• Appointment approval notifications
• Appointment reminders (24 hours and 1 hour before service)
• Post-service follow-up messages
• Responses to your inquiries

Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. Typically 2-5 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Consent & Opt-In

Your consent to receive SMS messages is obtained when you voluntarily check the SMS consent checkbox on our booking intake form before clicking "Start Chatting." The checkbox reads: "I agree to receive SMS booking updates from Stop and Shine Mobile Detail. Approx. 2-5 msgs per booking. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Consent is not required for purchase."

SMS consent is entirely optional. You can submit a booking request and use our service without checking the SMS consent box. If you do not opt in, we will not send you any SMS messages. You can also reach the business directly via phone or email.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any message you receive from us
• Contacting us at stopandshinesugarland@gmail.com

After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive any additional SMS messages unless you opt back in. To re-subscribe, text START to the same number or submit a new booking request.

• Be reachable at the phone number provided for booking-related communications

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep our service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Booking requests are subject to business owner availability and confirmation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Stop and Shine Mobile Detail acts as a booking platform connecting customers with car detailing businesses. We are not responsible for the quality, timing, or outcome of detailing services performed by the business. Any disputes regarding service quality should be directed to the business provider. Our liability is limited to the functionality of the booking platform itself.

9. Privacy

Your use of this service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
